In the 1950's, the area of the San Gabriel Valley , including what is now the City of Industry, was predominantly rural. Hay, cattle, vineyards, citrus and walnut groves were among the agricultural mainstays of the region. All that was needed was a good solid Escrow Company to spur the area's growth.
